Everyone in the service department will ignore you when you drive into the service bay. If you try to call them, you will get the run around and transferred several times. There’s no point in making an appointment with them because they will say they are too busy to help you upon arrival even though you made an appointment. When attempting to escalate issues, even management is of no help. This dealership absolutely tricks you into thinking they are great by providing positive customer service at the time of purchase . October 1, 2025 DO NOT GO HERE! !!! My car has been in their shop for eight days so far. I have to call many times daily for updates before I can get in touch with anyone. THEY DO !!! All I get is excuse after excuse after excuse. We don't know when it will be done. It takes time. They don’t have a specific timeline or specific problem with my car!!! Avoid this company at all cost, because it will cost you your sanity and they will waste your time!! At this point I don’t know how much this is costing me or when they will have it fixed!! I’m done!!! Time to go get my car!! More

Last Friday, 1 week after I brought it in. 4. Saturday. 5. Monday by noon. Then, at the end of the day, I took a day off work. 6. We don't know when it will be done. When I finally got angry for their xx and went down there, I got MORE xx, and they are moving even slower. Today is day 10, and it won't be done today either. Avoid this company at all cost, because it will cost you your sanity and they will waste your time. More

The service department is horrible. I took my vehicle in to get the sunroof repaired mainly because there was a leak. After having my car for 5 WEEKS, they got everything replaced but i I took my vehicle in to get the sunroof repaired mainly because there was a leak. After having my car for 5 WEEKS, they got everything replaced but it stopped working again a couple months later and they are now trying to charge the full amount for replacing everything they already did again. If you need to call anyone in the service department forget it, the phone lines will just ring and never send you to a message machine. You’re better off trying to fix things yourself or taking it somewhere else than to deal with the headache of working with them. More
