New G80 Purchase Once I decided to lease my 4th Genesis, I contacted LMH and was put in touch with Loren Rosenberg. I described my needs over the phone to Loren, he p Once I decided to lease my 4th Genesis, I contacted LMH and was put in touch with Loren Rosenberg. I described my needs over the phone to Loren, he promptly returned an "acceptable"quote and we agreed on the deal. Soon to follow, Loren e-mailed me the required documentation, upon my completion and return, Loren advised that my new vehicle would be ready the following morning. I arrived at the dealership the next morning, was introduced to various individuals,, signed a couple of documents and the process was complete, could not have been any easier. Two days after the sale Loren phoned to make sure everything was fine and followed-up with an e-mail extending his offer to be available for any questions or concerns in the foreseeable future. More

Robert made sure some of the minor cosmetic issues were dealt with to his level of perfection (meaning extremely high)! I would not hesitate to send my family and friends here to get a fair deal and have a truly pleasant buying experience. A way to tell how good a dealership really is, is to see how you're treated once the paperwork is signed and you've driven off the lot. I'll be bacm I worked with Dakota. While on vacation, California didn't have any Genesis available so I was forced to look elsewhere. And glad I did Going to Arizo I worked with Dakota. While on vacation, California didn't have any Genesis available so I was forced to look elsewhere. And glad I did Going to Arizona for a spring training game I decided to look at the Genesis in person and stumbled upon Loren and Dakota. Loren was sick and set me up with Dakota who came to my hotel and picked me up. Coming from California all our test drives are super short. Dakota took me on a nice long drive around the city and as someone who's a former Sony IT Tech I'm not used to finding someone as knowledgeable as I am on technology but he was. Great service and I'll be back to get my 2019 Genesis G70 as soon as my lease is up More

To Ben and Alex who greeted me at my truck and walked me in everyone was easy going. I wasn't able to buy that today due to some family engagements but I was never pressured and given all the information I needed. I will definitely be back! More
