We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we do want to clarify a few key points from our side: You visited the dealership four separate times to look at and drive the vehicle, and Luke personally went on a test drive with you. Each time visited, you went directly to Luke. You even brought your mechanic in to inspect the Raptor to ensure it met your standards, which we were more than happy to accommodate. Regarding financing, you shared a higher credit score than what we were able to pull. Based on the score you provided, we quoted a rate that matched your expectations. You also mentioned you were working with MACU, and in the end, we were able to secure that same rate through them to honor the deal. Additionally, we discounted the vehicle an additional $1,000 to meet the payment you were comfortable with. We strive to be as transparent and accommodating as possible, and it’s disappointing to hear your perception of the process was different. We sincerely felt we did everything we could to take care of you, and we regret that you left feeling otherwise.
