The Service Advisor was prompt, friendly and helpful as always. The mechanic was thorough. The waiting lounge is clean and one of the more comfortable ones I have been experienced. We purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Larry Miller, Peoria, AZ in 2005. The experience then was not a good one. We were at the dealership this time, Oct. 21st , for work on our 2005 Tucson and was so imp AZ in 2005. The experience then was not a good one. We were at the dealership this time, Oct. 21st , for work on our 2005 Tucson and was so impressed with the totally opposite experience with the work being done and with all the personnel we talked to. We were looking at the new Tucson. had not intended to buy one, but changed my mind after driving one and had such a great salesman explaining all the great features. He took the time to make sure we knew all the features and everything about the Tucson. Gary Lockwood is great. Everyone else we talked to was so helpful, also the manager. The changes made at this dealership are outstanding and will recommend this dealership, and Gary Lockwood to all. More

I have a 2013 Sonata that the battery was going bad. Came in and Dan helped get my car battery replaced. I needed to be at work in about 1 1/2 hours and Dan had our car ready in about 20 minutes with a new b in and Dan helped get my car battery replaced. I needed to be at work in about 1 1/2 hours and Dan had our car ready in about 20 minutes with a new battery. They promptly advised me what was wrong with the car and fixed it within two days. It was under warranty and it was no cost. My service adviser Chris Davis was excellent! I called him on a Thurs afternoon, got me in Fri morning. Checked me in right away. There new facility is Great! Barely had enough time to eat a complimentary him on a Thurs afternoon, got me in Fri morning. Checked me in right away. There new facility is Great! Barely had enough time to eat a complimentary doughnut and the shuttle driver was ready to take me home. Was getting some maintenance done on my 2002 Sante Fe. They were actually cheaper than the local shops for the same services. Mr Davis called me when the Technician had my car and let me know of a problem I had caused installing a part, got it fixed for me SUPER reasonable. Even installed a part I had been putting off that was sitting on my passenger seat at NO COST! Who does that anymore?!? Everybody was nice and friendly despite 103 degrees plus 40% humidity. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future. More
