The service manager was very helpful, not only did he tell me what was wrong with my car he showed me. We had a couple of problems with our Nissan truck. We took it in for a diagnosis. When we took it in for the repairs that were needed they found a bigger problem. Dave was very helpful from the very beginning. I was shopping for a car without my father for the first time and was not sure what to expect. Brian Mandroian is an amazing salesmen. I wasn't intending on buying a car until November when my brother in law could help me (as I am female and know nothing about cars I figured I would be taken intending on buying a car until November when my brother in law could help me (as I am female and know nothing about cars I figured I would be taken advantage of). Brian knew this but still spent 2.5 hours with me test driving cars, going over prices and answering all my questions. Because he was so wonderful I felt comfortable purchasing the car on my own, which I did, and I love it! He made the whole experience very easy and I don't feel I got taken advantage of. He was very thorough and honest about everything. There happened to be only one car of the style I liked in the near by area and Brian and the staff spent three days pestering the dealership that had the car so that I could get it. I definetly recommend Larry Miller Nissan and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to buy a car from except Brian Mandroian! More

I would recommend the dealership on the sales, but I am a little iffy on the service. The part that I had installed was not to my expectations and I am very unhappy with it not to mention I was completely sh little iffy on the service. I gave you a bad on the quality of service because they knocked out my air conditioning which caused me to miss a days of work to bring the car back and have them fix it. They were nice and offered me a rental car or a rid, but in the end kept me waiting and said it was a quick fix which makes me wonder how they missed it in the first place. Overall I am very unhappy with my experience since I had such a great time working with sales purchasing the car. More
