I recently switched over from East Valley Nissan because the service was poor (they charged me for a lug they broke amongst other things). Upon arrival, Dayana, my Service Advisor greeted me and explained to me that there would be a little bit of a wait which I appreciated. This dealership has a window to the work area where you can view when explained to me that there would be a little bit of a wait which I appreciated.
