Had to wait 40 minutes to check in my car as my appointment was for 8:30 AM, but I got there at 8:10 and the service advisor didn’t arrive till 840. Then I had called two weeks ago to tell the appo appointment was for 8:30 AM, but I got there at 8:10 and the service advisor didn’t arrive till 840. Then I had called two weeks ago to tell the appointment person that my battery had died and they informed me clearly that the battery would not be covered under my warranty. I only have 28,000 miles on my car. My passenger side window would not roll down after my battery was replaced. I had to get my battery replaced and did not come to Toyota as I was told specifically that it would not be covered under warranty. I was not told though that due to it being a 2022, that a communication error could happen and now I ended up having to pay $100 to get my window to roll back up properly! I would like a call from the service manager as I do not believe I should have to spend that $95 on the service fee. My car only has 28,000 miles on it. More
