My Review Of Larry H. Miller Toyota Spokane:
This was our first purchase at any dealer anywhere, so needless to say we were complete newbies and had a lot of questions. We paid cash for our car, our entire savings pretty much, so we wanted to make sure we understood every little thing. We had a ton of (what must have been) annoying little questions, and Jason Stadden was incredibly patient with us. Although I did feel hurried in my purchase decision, and did not like that (that's really the only reason why I can't give service & overall experience a 5) when we made it clear that we needed all of these annoying questions answered, Jason was very helpful and answered them all to our satisfaction. We were there to purchase a particular vehicle we had found online, and though that one had been sold earlier in the day, we were able to get another one, same model, and probably better than what we had originally come for. We purchased a powertrain warranty that we soon decided we didn't need, and getting it refunded was relatively painless...some paperwork and some waiting, but all in all uneventful. The dealership also refunded an overcharge for licensing fees, which we hadn't even noticed had happened--the check just showed up in the mail! We lived in Walla Walla at the time, and did everything (besides picking up the car) over the phone and internet, and it all went smoothly. All in all, I would commend the folks we dealt with in sales, finance, and title departments as highly professional and easy to work with, with obvious integrity.
