My experience with Barbara was, as always, wonderful! She is so friendly to my wife and me. She took care of everything that morning in a most timely manner, saw to it that I was comfortable, explained the d is so friendly to my wife and me. She's terrific! Of course the price was 'right' because I'm under warranty. I often fill out these responses and have the same thing to say ... Not only is the quality of work great, but so is the friendliness of the staff. Barbara Halsey is one of the GREATEST people I have ever met and had the pleasure to work with at a dealership car service area. She is always so nice and helpful in whatever I need done to my car. I also want to thank Pedro Tanori for being so very helpful with the new car process. I gave him a pretty tight budget for a new car, and he worked very hard to try and find one for me. Charged $200 plus for work I may have not needed. When work prescribed did not fix the problem they decided to put in a new battery for me. They didn't charge me for the battery so I guess I ended up work prescribed did not fix the problem they decided to put in a new battery for me. Barbara is my go-to service advisor. I know when I arrange my service appointment with her, I will be treated with courtesy and concern. She is extremely knowledgable with regards to my vehicle and g arrange my service appointment with her, I will be treated with courtesy and concern. She is extremely knowledgable with regards to my vehicle and goes over and above keeping my informed as to the progress of my repairs. The only negative I have is directed more towards the dealership; in that no loaners were available to me, despite having my vehicle repair take two days. More
