Charged $200 plus for work I may have not needed. When work prescribed did not fix the problem they decided to put in a new battery for me. They didn't charge me for the battery so I guess I ended up work prescribed did not fix the problem they decided to put in a new battery for me. Barbara is my go-to service advisor. I know when I arrange my service appointment with her, I will be treated with courtesy and concern. She is extremely knowledgable with regards to my vehicle and g arrange my service appointment with her, I will be treated with courtesy and concern. All the service and parts associates have been pleasant every appointment since I purchased my vehicle in 2007. He was very friendly and knowledgable of the work that my vehicle needed. I dont plan on taking my vehicle anywhere else to get work done and I hope to keep it for a while. More
