My Review of Larry H. Milller Ford Lincoln Mercury - Sandy:
I would recommend Larry H Miller Ford. My experience was professional and friendly. If the staff was unsure of an answer to my quetions, they were very proactive to research and provide an accurate answer. Only negative would be quality control inspection of the cleaning of the interior. There were several obvious 'spots' that had to be touched up. But LHM made it right and the truck interior was in great condition when I drove it off the lot as a satisfied customer. Service department visit was great. 'We Owe' items scheduled within a week of purchase. Thank you for providing a quality car buying experience of a SUPER DUTY to a female customer.

Best dealership I have ever taken my car to! Everyone is friendly and helpful. I drove in, and Wendy just took care of everything for me. Love the free internet in the waiting room, cause it makes it so I can work while I wait. And when my car is done, they bring it to the front and don't make me look for it in the parking lot.

I heart Larry Miller Ford Service!

From the start when I called to get make appointment I was treated well and with great service, I talked with Kimm to get my truck repaired , and he made sure I was aware of everything through the day on the status and progress of the repairs being done. It was a great experice.
I have been going to this location for my Ford service work for 35 years, I would say this was one best experice I have had and I have good experices there but I can not ingore this employee customer service ethics, it is out standing.

It was an easy, no hassle process. I knew what I wanted and they meet, and in some cases, exceeded my expectations. I expected a fair price on my trade-in and was somewhat concerned, but they gave me a little more then I expected. The price for the purchased vehicle was fair for both parties.

On Tuesday, February 28, 2012, I returned to your service department to repair the rear differential gasket on my 2008 Ford Escape. Your service department preformed at a professional level from checking in, to repairing, and calling me upon completion of the work. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned to find a perfectly clean SUV. My neighbor recommended you four years ago for having a superior service department and that was a deciding factor in my purchase.
