Had my 2008 Wrangler towed to Larson (HUGE MISTAKE) due to axle seal failure. These guys are CRAZY!! They quoted me $6,000 for axle & pinion seals, trans and transfer case service, parking brake. The part that was the most frustrating is they wanted to charge me for a differential service, you have to drain the differentials to replace the seals. This should be part of the $1,185 ea axle, not additional $340 on top of this. I brought this to their attention that you have already drained all the oil from the diffs why would i get charged for a service. Bryan said that this would "probably" be removed from the invoice. Well, that made me feel warm and fuzzy! I had towed it towed from Larson to Puyallup Auto Tech (Larry the owner is awesome!) and had all this work completed plus additional minor items it was less than a 1/3 ($1,840) of the cost. When I said I was having my Wrangler towed to another repair shop Bryan asked what they could do to make it right? (Really so now this negotiable) I said about $4,200 less on the repair bill. Then they insult the repair shop and said they don't use the same parts or warranty the work. He must be a mind reader because I never stated where I was taking the vehicle. I wish I could post the repair estimate from Larson and the final invoice from Puyallup Auto Tech so the public can see how much of a RIPOFF this service department is. I have taken my 2019 Ram there for service for two years (how hard is an oil change) one time they replaced my wiper blades ($60) they fell off (1 week later) on I-5 in the rain doing 65mph, THAT WAS FUN!! I agree with the other person that said "These guys are a bunch of crooks in service" Live & Learn!! Larson should change their name to “Larson RAM IT” up the customer!! More
Went here about a year ago and meet salesman, Josh Weingart. Awesome guy. Unfortunately we had a miserable encounter with the dealership. He did everything he could to help us out. Just purchased 2020 3500 series RAM truck from Josh. He was exceptional in helping us with the whole process. He is one of few salesmen I know who actually listens and helps you locate what you want. He does not employ high-pressure tactics, like some other dealerships. He made several calls to lenders, to help us line up the best loan. He remained friendly and positive, even though we had problems that had to be solved. I will refer everyone I know to Josh, because they will have a great experience! More

Found my dream car online at larson motors. Started talking with Josh at 4:30pm left with my car at 6:00pm same day! Prescheduled car for batt replace, abs sensor replace, oil change and any open recalls a week in advance. Dropped car off night before for 8:30am appointment, had to call at 4pm for update. Then they sent me a quote for bunch of additional things mechanic claimed it needed. Car only had 25,000 miles, then they didn't have parts needed so had to wait another 3 days. Confirmed ready and got ride, no one at counter for 10 minutes, then they tell me I can't get car back because they have no cashier to take payments. This was almost an hour before the 6pm time they gave me on phone. Their posted time on internet is 10pm for service. Don't believe them. Larsons will never get another penny from me. More
I originally left a good review for Joshua Weingart and this dealership. But I take it all back. Two days after my wife and I bought a new Dodge Challenger from here, it started giving us trouble and we fe this dealership. But I take it all back. Two days after my wife and I bought a new Dodge Challenger from here, it started giving us trouble and we felt it was unsafe to drive. Larson’s told us there’s nothing they can do to help us if we can’t drive the car to their dealership. We explained that we can’t drive it, we live an hour away and asked if they could tow it. We were told no and that it’s our responsibility. We took it to a local dealership, Rairdon’s in Monroe, and they figured out that the transfer box needs to be replaced...in the brand new car. The service department at Larson’s are rude and so hard to deal with...if you can get a hold of them. Rairdon’s was so helpful, I wish we had bought the car from them but unfortunately they didn’t have the specific vehicle we wanted. At Larson’s, they will keep transferring you to a different department and then will say that someone will call us back...and then no one does. Finally after my wife left a google review, the sales manager called us back. He agreed that they should have towed the car to their dealership and had it fixed there. The new car has been sitting at the dealership for a few days now waiting for the parts to arrive. We bought this car 9 days ago, and we only got to drive it for 3 days! Since then it’s been away from us...brand new car! And the best Larson’s can do for us...not much, a free gas tank fill up is what they said. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
