Unless you have a direct phone number and extension you get the "automation run around." The showroom could be empty but not a salesman springs to their feet. I was one of the first customers to buy a Jetta when Lash VW opened their doors. My lease was about to expire and I had to do all the follow up. I followed up - to another dealer. Jeff Lash open your eyes.

First, no one answers the phone regardless of the time of day. Any attempt to reach someone in service and your call is dumped into voicemail. As if that's not bad enough, it took 3 voicemails and an e-mail (never answered) and a full week to get someone to return my call to simply to try and schedule a routine service appointment.

Rich finally called back and scheduled an appointment for me. When I called back to reschedule, once again having to leave a voicemail, Tom called me back and said I was not scheduled and there was nothing in their system. He said he'd call back after checking with Rich. No one bothered to call back. A voicemail left on Tania Santos's voicemail, the assistant service manager, was never returned.

No wonder Lash has the reputation it does. Incompetence raised to an art form.

Great dealership. Great customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are honest and always interested in making the customer happy. Two month ago I was impressed with my Salesman Lester Li who made the buying process easy and enjoyable. Today I want to thank my Service Advisor Reinaldo Cruz. Everything was explained clearly and accessibly. I am very satisfied with my experience at Lash Volkswagen.

Benjamin was great during our process in finding a car. He was very detail oriented in all aspects (dealing with the price, insurance, showing us the car). Also, he was very enthusiastic and friendly. I would recommend him with my friends!

My experience with Lash Volkswagen was terrific - and stood in stark contrast to a bad experience I had with a VW dealership in Greenwich. My salesperson, Lester Li, was friendly, responsive, and proactive without ever being pushy. He went out of his way to make sure I understood everything and to make the whole experience a positive one. The process was easy and I felt like a got a good deal. I can honestly say I look forward to working with Lester and Lash three years from now when my new lease expires.

Very good experience. When we came to visit Lash Volkswagen, we had the idea of the car we wanted. Lester met us at the door and guided in. He was very friendly and helpful, answered all questions with professionalism and let us have a test drive on highway with extra miles to be sure that all details are picked. Lester is a great person to work with.
