I was prepared for insults, I kinda expected I wouldn't end up buying a new truck today , I was itching for a fight. That never happened, I was treated friendly and with respect, I was confused, all I know what to do is fight and trade insults, I was treated so good my heart melted and when I asked for a lower price they didn't swear or call me names. I was treated so good I would have paid a higher price. I have to at least like you before I hand over my hard earned money to you and I loved Laurel Ford. More

It took several days of on line questions and answers and negotiations to get an estimated trade in value for my 2011 F 150 Suprecrew, (I have a severe hearing loss) but Scott Long was patient, informative and precise with the information I needed to know before I made my decision. I was hesitant about driving over 600 miles to buy a truck I had never actually seen, but the 100% satisfaction ratings for Scott Long convinced me to take the risk and expense of driving to Laurel Ford/Lincoln in Windber, PA to attempt a trade. When I arrived at the dealership, I was met by Scott, shown the truck, test drove the truck and we agreed on the deal. I feel that when dealerships are selling their vehicles online to a broad audience and the buyer isn't able to personally inspect the vehicle during the typical purchasing process, the seller agent, Scott in this case, has to go out of his way to provide information, data and pictures to support the vehicle that they are representing.
