Upon arriving to the dealership, I wasn't quite sure where to go, and I was instantly greeted and showed what to do. Next I met with Isabella, where she listened and did not make me feel stupid as most where to go, and I was instantly greeted and showed what to do. I schedule an appointment just to be told my vehicle will not be looked at for 48 hours. What is the point of an appointment??? After having my vehicle for 7 days no resolution to the problem. I would not recommend getting your car serviced at this dealership. We were told our vehicle would be inspected within 48 hours, but we had to call for an update, only to find out it hadn’t even been pulle dealership. We were told our vehicle would be inspected within 48 hours, but we had to call for an update, only to find out it hadn’t even been pulled back yet. One item that was supposed to be serviced was not replaced, even though we were charged for it, and now we have to bring the car back. To make matters worse, the car now has an additional problem that did not exist when we originally dropped it off. When it came time to pay, we were given three different prices, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistent pricing, and poor workmanship made this a very disappointing experience, especially considering how much we paid for the service. I will not be returning to this dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. More
