My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

John was excellent but the Oil change took 1 hour and 15minutes! Way to long. I have never had it take that long. Not sure what the hold up was but even had to get a neighbor to get my son off the bus :(

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

I was making my first BIG purchase after finishing grad school and was somewhat unfamiliar with the process. Kathy Wells and the entire team at Lebanon Ford made the process very straight forward and fun for me. I was incredibly satisfied when they contacted me to update me on the status of my order as well as checked in on me after I had picked it up just to make sure I was satisfied. I absolutely love my new truck and I have them to thank for that.

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

We were looking for a new car and had decided on a Ford. Checked online for what was available in the Dayton area, and remembered a friend mentioning that they'd bought all of their cars from Lebanon Ford. Looked online and found several vehicles that intrigued us, so decided a trip to Lebanon was worth the drive. Everyone was friendly without being pushy. Dealing with Matt McLaughlin was a delight; never had such a pleasant car buying experience! We love our new Ford Edge!!!

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

Lebanon Ford is a shining example of how the car buying experience should be. Russell treated us as were were close friends/family and went out of his way to make sure we understood everything, found the exact car we wanted, answered all our questions, and explained available features. When it came to financing and the extended warranty, Travis took the time to walk us through all the details step-by-step and fully explained our options and the advantages and disadvantages of each. I couldn't have been more impressed overall and if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle i would highly recommend Lebanon Ford.

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

Friendly prompt service. Felt appreciated and taken care of. I trust the people at this dealership to do a first class job. Prices are fair and reasonable. I bring all of my service here because of the above, and because I can talk to people who know what they are doing. The service manager is available to talk to if I need something beyond the normal routine. He will take the time to check into your questions and give you the best plan to help decide the best approach you want to take in caring for your vehicle. My Focus has 169,000 miles and is cared for just like a new one. Thanks!

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

I was in need of a car after learning my 2002 Focus needed repairs that would almost exceed the value of it. I started looking that day at Lebanon Ford and was immediately greeted by a friendly "Hello" from Kathy Wells. She asked what I was interested in and immediately started showing me different types of vehicles that might fit my needs and most importantly my budget. After looking at a few vehicles I was pleased to see that she was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was looking at, which was a very diverse selection. I was able to test drive one that day! After the test drive was over, we went into the dealership and discussed features that I may want and the different prices/financing that was available. After thinking about my options over a weekend, I decided that I may need to go into a different direction as far as vehicle selection. I called her on a Monday afternoon and she was very helpful and allowed me to test drive another vehicle within 20 minutes of arriving. I was so happy and thrilled that they were very flexible and patient with me. I finally found what I was looking for after the second test drive, however they didn't have the model I preferred in stock. The team started immediately trying to find the vehicle I wanted and making trades with other dealerships to get me the car. After just two days my vehicle was there and I was driving off their lot.

The team at Lebanon Ford exceeded my expectations. This was the first time I have bought a car on my own and the process could not have been made any more simple. The team was so very knowledgeable and was willing to bend over backwards for me to get me the exact car and features that I desired.

If you're looking for fast, kind, and knowledgeable service, then you need to give Lebanon Ford a call. They were great!

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

After visiting several other ford dealerships in the area I was becoming frustrated and ready to give up, but then I found Lebanon Ford on Autotrader. I liked the inventory that they had so I decided to take the 30 mile drive to their dealership to see how they would be able to accommodate me. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Kathy Wells. She was very friendly and knowledgably. I told her that I wanted to test drive an Edge that I had seen online. She said ok let me go get the keys. We got in the car an proceeded on are little excursion around Lebanon in the new car. While on our journey Kathy was very friendly and polite we talked about the Reds and other little things, and at no time did I feel any pressure from her. When we arrived back to the dealership I began to explain to her about the other experiences I had had at the competitors. Also, unbeknownst to her at the time I never really wanted an Edge I just felt from the other dealers that they were steering me in that direction. So I then begin to talk to her about the Explorers and pricing. At that time she went and got the keys to one that I really liked. She pulled it out slightly so I could walk around it, and next she took me in so we could run numbers and financing options. She was absolutely amazing!!! I told her the number I was willing to spend from the beginning and my trade in value. She had my trade in appraised and told me about my employee discount and rebates. Next the best part she put me in the vehicle I had been dreaming about for a month for the price I could afford!! The second best part about this experience was that the whole purchase(including test drive) only took a combined time of about an hour and fifteen minutes and being a father of three my time is very valuable. The entire staff that day was amazing!! They treated me like I was the first and only customer they had ever had!! I will and recommend that if your in the market for a car that you give Kathy and Lebanon Ford a chance to WOW you!!!!

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

I have been a customer of Lebanon Ford for many years, and always feel welcomed with a friendly "hello Mrs. Gravitt" from Jason. He is a caring person and I trust his judgement in the work that has needed to be done over those years. Anytime I call with an immediate problem, he trys to get me in as soon as he possibly can to correct it. Being a widow, and not knowing anything mechanical about cars, he explains what the problem is so I understand it. I appreciate his patience. Also, being handicapped makes coming to the dealership a difficult chore, but once there it becomes a pleasant chore seeing and hearing ALL the friendly people.

My Review Of Lebanon Ford:

I simply called the dealership to try and find a work truck for my Harley-Davidson business, Charlie answered and it was sold from there. Great customer experience, easy to buy and friendly customer service. They were willing to work with me on my trades and even delivered my new truck to our store so we didn't have to miss selling units ourselves. I will recommend all my friends and customers go see Charlie at Lebanon Ford.
