Friendly and helpful. Greeted by Dick Watson who was thorough and explained all about the Escape. Zach Funkhouser and Alex explained in detail the finance and tech aspects of the deal. Would recommend Lebanon Ford.

My Review of Lebanon Ford:
After visiting other area dealers I could tell Lebanon Ford was "the one" the minute I walked in the door. The atmosphere was friendly, not pushy, and I was never given canned sales lines or hard closes- both of which would have been big turn offs. I was completely pleased with every aspect of my purchase here. Highly recommend!

I have lived in Lebanon for 8 years now. I have purchased 2 new vehicles from this dealership. Hands down, Lebanon Ford has been more than fair. Customer service to them is the condition of service to customers before, during and after a purchase; I can attest that the service does not end when you drive off the lot. Lebanon Ford has changed the entire perception a customer has of a car dealership.

Travis was great. He gave me a very fair offer on my trade-in and a great price on my new vehicle. Alex explained so much about the sync system and has been very helpful as I have had questions. I liked the service so much that I brought my wife back the very next day and we bought another new vehicle. We are now a Ford Family.

We have bought two Cars there and each time have been very happy with the car and the service.Today we went there because to get help with our sync on our Escape.It ended up being an issue with my phone and Alex was very quick and friendly to assist us.Alex was very professional and made us feel welcomed even when we were not buying anything.The service and friendliness of the Staff is why we keep going back.In a day and age where you think customer service does not exsist,Alex proves that to be wrong.
Alex did an awesome job for us today!
