I have waited a long time to purchase a car. I went to an after hours for the chamber of commerce and like the atmosphere at Lee Chrysler. I came back to look. They had the car I wanted and worked with me to get the price I wanted. a great experience.

Chris Holovack did a great job working with us to determine what we desired without high pressure sales. We met with Chris and were fully given answers to all our questions and also gave us a number of very good suggestions. Several weeks later we returned with our list of desired options. Chris entered our order and held it for one day to allow us time to discuss one last option. When the jeep arrived, Chris called and the delivery went as smooth as the previous meetings. There was no pressure to add items or extended warranties, just presented the options available. The operation of the jeep was reviewed and we were ready to go in a relatively short time.. Great sales experience.

We went in to see what we could get as a trade in on our truck...we told them our price ranges and what we could afford. They worked their best and instead of another used vehicle we got a BRAND NEW ONE in our price range thanks for their hard work and dedication :)

I visited the dealership on recommendations from people I work with and other friends. Not knowing if I would even be approved for a vehicle, Mike took the extra time to work with me, find a lender to approve me and get me in the vehicle I wanted. I did not have to settle with something I wasn't 100% happy with.

I'm an experienced buyer (this was my 6th car purchase) and my 4th new car purchase. I live just outside Jacksonville and visited my 2 local dealerships - neither had the vehicle in stock and neither were interested in price negotiating AND neither were very responsive/friendly after multiple interactions with them. So off the to internet I went to look for a dealer that either A.) Had what I wanted on the log or B.) Was interested in ordering it for me. Viola! Lee Automotive had that and more. Not only 1 car to spec that I wanted, but 2. Not only 1 person that was a pleasure to work with, but 2! Not only the best price offered (and it was a price well below my local dealerships and I didn't have to negotiate to get it) but my sales reps were creative in getting me what I wanted and when I wanted. My only complaint is that I won't have a need for another vehicle for another couple of years!

Outstanding service! Grant really understood my situation and helped me make a good decision on a new vehicle. He did not pressure me and ensured that I understood every aspect of the car buying process. He put me at ease and was able to answer every question I had. He even showed me how to operate certian functions on my Jeep that I was unsure of. He helped me set up my bluetooth phone and made sure that I was absolutely satisfied before I left the dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone (including my mom) hands down!!!

We searched online for the best deal. Kari listened to what we needed, found more than we wanted for a cheaper price than the other guys. When we picked up the car, it was ready in no time. Signing the paperwork wasn't an all day affair. Thank you!

This is not the first time. But it is my last.
1. Oil Change on my wifes 2009 Dodge. received the car back found that their was no windshield wiper fluid in the tank. Air pressure in two of the tires were 12 lbs differnt than the other two. Even Walmart can do better and 10$ Cheaper.

2. Oil Change with a couplon from the mail. Oil Change 19.99. Got the bill it was 39.00. I asked again and presented the coupon and the gentelman had an attitude and complained he had to get in the sytem to fix it. When he got done with some mumbling the bill was $36 and some change. I asked how we got from 19.99 he said the coupon dosn't cover a Hemmi. It dosn't say that on it. You all sent it to me. I only own one dodge product. Well bottom line he toke the 19.99 and added two quarts of oil at 6.95 each to the bill. So I paid the $36 plus. A manager came out when I was getting in my car. Tried to give me a free oil change. I declined. I don't want it for free. I just want to pay what I owe with out an attitude.

This is not my first of second time issues over cost or a bill or just getting service for my wifes 09 Dodge. I asked what they check on a oil change and it is much less than walmart or local service stations. I don't understand how you charge more and get less service. I have gotten her car back on numerios occasion with little things wrong, low fluids, brake light out, Cap not on coolant tank,

Like I said we are done. I have bought 3 vehicles through this dealer. Pluss two for my children. 7 crysler products. We have been using the Milton Florida Store and have been very happy. Our last two Crysler products were threw them. A little far for service so we will use local garages and Milton when we can work it in.
