I drove over two hours not knowing anything about Lee. It was the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Travis and his team were awesome. Every time we go there is an issue. Our brakes pads were thin and would need replacing, tell them we will do it next time, next time ironically they are fine? Next time our tire pressu Our brakes pads were thin and would need replacing, tell them we will do it next time, next time ironically they are fine? Next time our tire pressure sensor was super glued to our tire and they wanted us to pay for it? Yet if it was glued it was done by your staff. This time all 20 lug nuts were “stripped”. When I told the tech that they were the only ones to touch the vehicle so if it was stripped it was done by them, the story changed to they had swelled. Now I can understand a lug nut stripping and needing replacement, but ALL 20 at the same time? Sound like xx. So I called my father who is a diesel mechanic to run the scenario by him, as a MECHANIC he had never heard of this so called swelling nor all having to be replaced at the same time. This is the last time we will be going to this dealership and I will be sending my jeep family and friends elsewhere. More

Took truck in and issue was diagnosed and the parts were ordered. Once parts arrived got it back in and corrected the problem. Service advisor was very helpful and took the time to understand what was going ordered. Once parts arrived got it back in and corrected the problem.
