He was a very friendly and informative individual. I felt safe right off. He showed me a couple of vehicles and asked which one i would like and test drive..i test drived a couple and decided on the Hyundi Elantra..beautiful Silver dream. i had a 1993 Saturn that was beyond my ability to repair and he took it in trade . i had the vehicle for many years and will miss it terribly. But, the hyundi is so great to see and even greater to drive..i feel safe that i know my car wont break down while i drive. In less then 2 hours i was on my way home, bank loan approved, forms completed, license plates off the old and on the new, and he even put gas in the new vehicle for me..He is excellent at his job, he is person friendly and has a sincere attitude. I would recommend him to own his own business....all around great guy, and the bank in westbrook was so nice and wonderful on the phone and the dealer even helped with the process of my car insurance and the right coverage...i am all set. In 2009 I bought a 97 Dodge pickup truck from Toby in the Augusta store the service was real good. I couldn't ask for any better.
