Bought brand new 2012 Hyundai and was very happy with how easy the price was explained. Have purchased over 8 cars with dealers in the past and always seemed to get the "fog and mirrors" show! This was very simple and precise on how much we were getting for our trade in, how much the car was actually, and how much the extended warranty was. Very happy with service department and excited about the "dollars off" plan for future oil changes by leaving license plate covers on for advertising. Only thing for the entire experiance I could suggest is having cold water bottles for customers. That would be the cherry on the top! Thanks!!! More

I just recently traded in for my third Hyundai. I bought my first car through Hyundai of Everett, and when it was totaled I immediately called to have it replaced with another. I bought my second car over t my first car through Hyundai of Everett, and when it was totaled I immediately called to have it replaced with another. I bought my second car over the phone, with Larry Peden taking me through the process step by step. Because I had no car to come in and sign paper work with, Larry picked me up from my work and I bought the car on my lunch hour. Four days ago, I wanted to see if I qualified to trade in my 2009 Accent for the gorgeous 2012, and sure enough I requested to work with Larry again. I worked out the details of what I wanted in a car, I chose my color and in my rush to once again purchase a car on my lunch hour, I was in and out the door in perfect time. A car dealer RUSHED FOR ME. I am so happy with my experiences here at Hyundai of Everett, with Larry and Becky (in finance) that I will never shop anywhere else. They made buying my first car a lot less scary, buying my second car a breeze, and buying my third car a whole lot of fun! I was searching for a basic new car and the first 3 of the dealers (all Ford) I had visited told me the low cost car they were advertising on their web sites was just sold earlier that day. Interestingly enough, they were still advertising the same cars for the next several days on their web site, even though they told me they were sold. When I visited Hyundai of Everett, they had several of the basic cars (the Accent) that they advertised on their web site on their lot and available for sale. The sales process was quick and painless. Jay was extremely knowledgeable and professional. What makes this dealership special was that I was unaware of a rebate that Hyundai offered that I qualified for. While we were talking after I had signed the deal and had all of the paper work in hand, the finance manager realized that I qualified for a $500 rebate. She and the general manager told me about the rebate, tore up the old contract and created a new one using the $500 rebate as a down payment. They could have easily not said a word to me and made an extra $500. Instead, they did the right thing to take care of one of their customers. An amazing dealership with amazing people working there. I will buy more cars from them in the future. More
