Could not get a return call from Becky. I left two messages on two separate days for a return call and never received one. My car took two days longer to complete then what I was told. I ex I left two messages on two separate days for a return call and never received one. My car took two days longer to complete then what I was told. I expressed if the repair was going to take longer than expected I would need to get a rental car and I was ensured that it would be done at the discussed timeframe which turned out to be incorrect. Had to go into dealership to figure out if my car was done with all repairs because of the lack of communication. More
