I was very happy with the car I purchased and the price I paid. I thought the staff were friendly and helpful and the price was fair. There were two things though that I would like to see improved upon. First, I thought the whole process was inefficient. There was lots of sitting around, just waiting, that could have been better used working ahead on the process. To be fair, the staff we worked with was new, so I understand a learning curve, but there was room for improvement. The second thing was during the paperwork signing, specifically the optional services offered (warranty, car protectant, wheel/tire protection plan...). The warranty offered was about $4,500. The sale price of my vehicle was about $13,500. The issue here is that this was the first I heard about the warranty offer, so the last 20-ish minutes of the entire 3.5 hour process. I told them I wasn’t happy getting this info so last minute. It could have been brought up while we were sitting around doing nothing, like “hey, here’s some info to look over on some products we offer if you’re interested.” Springing this info on a customer at the very end with a “only good today” kind of pitch makes me question the offer (not that the product is in question, just the method in which it’s offered). More
