An item was taken from my vehicle while in the service dept last summer. I thought that they may possibly be concerned when I complained. Especially after just spending $15,000 in an engine replacement. B dept last summer. I thought that they may possibly be concerned when I complained. Especially after just spending $15,000 in an engine replacement. But I was told in a very rude manner it was my fault for leaving this item in my vehicle. Only two employees were in my vehicle and the manager general manager would not let me speak to either one. Ki will never return to this dealership. Not even an apology! More
