Buyer beware....Horrible experience with sales team. Low ball offer on trade in, was told my vehicle had multiple accidents and five owners. Worst Service Department Ever! This has to be one of the worst places that I have ever taken my vehicle for service. I have purchased most of my cars and trucks from this place as This has to be one of the worst places that I have ever taken my vehicle for service. I have purchased most of my cars and trucks from this place as well as a lot of my friends and family. I can tell you that after my last experience with Les Stumpf, none of us will ever be back again. They forgot to put the oil cap back on and upon returning home oil was spewing out of my car onto my driveway. They forgot to attach an important part on my truck which almost ended in disaster on the highway. They left food under the hood while in for service. They left tools inside my vehicle after repairing it which is one of the reasons why I always look under the hood after any service is performed. Bob Heim the service manager is not very nice and basically makes you feel like you don't know what you are talking about. I ended up taking my car to another dealership after several attempts at getting Les Stumpf to try and figure out what was wrong with it and amazingly it is now fixed. I suggest your company starts treating people with respect as word gets out and people talk. Will they ever go out of business, probably not since there are enough people who will continue doing business with them. If you have a major repair or even if it is just getting your oil changed, I would stay away from this place unless you like being treated like you are unimportant. If you are hungry...just look under the hood after a repair, you may find a bite to eat or possibly a tool you can add to your collection. I feel like they were given many attempts to make things right, but Bob Heim and Cory Stumpf apparently don't care. I have long time friends who have purchased cars and trucks from Les Stumpf who will NEVER go back again!!! More

I took my vehicle there for a front brake job which took them two days to complete. It was less than a year ago and now the brakes are starting to make a grinding noise.
