They deserve our positive feedback for no other reason, but I am out here because a new suv has been a long tiresome frustrating journey for us. I was convinced it was not happening after several attempts at other dealerships: unacceptable surprises, broken processes, disingenuous countenance, and from one dealership flat out refusal to work with me as my increasingly suspicious attitude left me initiating via online forays. I had lost faith in the process. To make matters worse, I am very difficult--not an easy sale as I resolutely stick to the vision of what I want/expect. Regardless, at every turn with Lester Glenn the response was helpful, patient, and especially tolerant of my questions, questions, lots of questions. To the very end, we waited for something to go wrong that never happened and for that we are stunned, relieved, and thankful. I should say, my wife is still disbelieving the new vehicle in the garage. I am convinced we would not have our suv if not for this dealership. I take this opportunity to comment on the environment, a very important part of the equation: how does it feel? I have yet to find the words that best describe how it feels being in their facility, but for now the word family comes to mind. Not so corny/drunk as to suggest they felt like my family, but they genuinely appeared the happy crew. good people; it was nice being with them.
