Worst Ford dealer in Tri-state area ! This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on This dealership offers one of the worst car buying experiences in the tri-state area. I saw a "lease" special in the window of a truck they had out on the lot and when I talked to a salesman he had no idea what he was talking about and was all over the map with his numbers. When I left the dealership I called back looking to speak with the sales manager to share my un-happy experience and the receptionist was rude on the phone and transferred me to the wrong extension multiple times before I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I finally hung up the phone and moved on to another ford dealer down the road. with in 3 hours of leaving, I purchased the same truck with EVEN MORE options than the one Lester Glenn had on their lot for $5,000 CHEAPER! I would never recommend this dealership or ever go back. More

The "fabric protection on vinyl seats is nothing less than fraud. I found the the general manager Mr. Billy Tilton epitomizes everything bad you have ever heard about a car salesman with a an extra splash of arrogance for good measure. I have purchased many cars and trucks in my lifetime with a mixture of experiences some good some bad, I was so repulsed by Mr. Tiltons tactics that I felt compelled to write this review. I do not believe he spoke one word of truth in the 90 minutes I was in is presence. My advice "caveat emptor" Ford dealers are everywhere avoid this one. More
