He was not pushy and provided us time to think about what options we would like to do while giving advice and recommendations. I would highly suggest him to friends and family. It should be noted, we had a prior deal pending at a different dealership but we traveled over an hour away to meet with Marc after speaking with him over the phone. Due to his professionalism and his courtesy, before we committed to another dealership, we took the time to meet with him. Upon our arrival to the dealership, He had both vehicles ready for us to test drive. He provided us with respectable trade-in values for our vehicles and suggested financing which was less than 20 minutes of paperwork. All in all, I believe we spent three hours at the dealership to purchase two vehicles and would 100% come back to make our next deal with Marc. More

Absolutely the best car buying experience! My salesman was Mo and he was amazing. Very professional, experienced,and dedicated to getting us the right car for the best price. Since April 2021 I have purch was Mo and he was amazing. Very professional, experienced,and dedicated to getting us the right car for the best price. Since April 2021 I have purchased 3 explorers from him and everytime the experience was easy and perfect. He was NOT pushy at all and met all of our needs. Everytime I contacted him there was never a wait for his response. After the purchase he came out and set everything up in the car and explained how everything works. The sales manager Joe is who set the pricing up for us. He went over and beyond trying to get us the best deal possible. Mitch was another manager I dealt with that gave me great advice and steered me in the right direction. Signing the paperwork was a great experience with Dino. My experience’s at dealerships has not been great over the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite. Marc especially made me feel at home and did everything h the years until I went to Lester Glenn. All of the associates were very helpful and polite.
