We contacted the Internet Sales Representative regarding the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe who scheduled our appointment at Lester Glenn Ford where the vehicle was located. We were greeted by Andy Carrino who set us up with Eric Leshin. Eric was a great salesman. He listened to what we were looking for, showed us the vehicle and took us for our test drive. He was professional, friendly, courteous to our needs. We clicked. We droved 2 hours to come to Lester Glenn, on our way to the dealership, I informed my husband if I didn't like the saleperson then we would be leaving. All my previous Ford and Lincoln business has always been with Andy Carrino at George Wall. When I learned that Mr. Carrino left and came to Lester Glenn Ford I decided to visit the dealership to specificall with Andy Carrino at George Wall. When I learned that Mr. Carrino left and came to Lester Glenn Ford I decided to visit the dealership to specifically test drive a Ford Edge because my 2012 Lincoln MKX was getting ready to expire off a 2 year lease in January 2014. Aside from not being happy with the Lincoln ride for the price I paid, my main goal was to see if the Ford Edge rode like the Lincoln, and it did, because it was on the same frame. Obviously, I was upset because of the price difference Edge to Lincoln. So I test drove the Explorer, but did want a vehicle on a truck frame like my Infiniti QX 56. Here is where the beauty of having a Guy like Andy available especially when you have been working with a guy for over 20 plus years. He turned me on to the EDGE fully loaded Sport. The wife and I test drove the car and cut the deal. Drove it home and loved the 22 inch wheels that gave me the old Lincoln type ride that I have been use too. The visit to the dealership was pleasant and in a sort of way a fun experience. Paul Tomaselli was extremely thoughtful and patient when we went over the New Car features. John Brogden was very efficient and also sold me the Ding Shield Service Plan, which I NEVER BUY. And of course Andy Carrino. Andy sold me on Lester Glenn, and sold me (leased) a vehicle that I had no intention to buy. Great Job by all! It was a very nice experience, and I know and appreciate the deal. Our sales associate, Brian, had cars ready for us to test drive based on the information we filled out on their on line form. He picked out the perfect car for us. There was no pressure and no haggling. We got there at 4pm and left with our new Ford Escape before 6pm! We have already recommended Lester Glenn to both friends and strangers since we purchased the car. More
