I forget his manager’s name, but he was also kind. I was able to get the suv of my choice, but what really touched me is that I felt welcomed, treated with care and respect. My husband and I visited LesterGlenn GMC on Nov 6th just to look at the Terrain 2026. Well needless to say we purchased it that same day. Our sales associate was Louis Bottone.
