I have to say that my experience with Lester Glenn Hyundai was excellent,if that can be possible when purchasing a new car! I didn't feel pressured at any time. My salesman, Jack Lennon, was extremely helpful, had the patience of a saint dealing with me, and even missed an important appointment so that I would leave the dealership happy with my new purchase! As you can imagine, the entire process took the better part of the day but not because of Lester Glenn. It just took me that long to find the car I wanted. I test drove three cars and in between, I had to make a quick run home to make sure my dog was okay. You can be sure I will return in the future. More

Not only was Jerry a helpful and smart salesman he was extremely friendly and professional. Considering we didn't even stop to buy a car, but to get the free food and music he ended up helping us more the extremely friendly and professional. Although living near Trenton I traveled an hour to Tom's River to look at Hyundai Sonatas because Lester Glenn had a much better rating than my local dealers (Davis, Brad Benson). They had a lot of inventory and the sales person I dealt with - Shawn Flynn - was quite happy to indulge my fussiness about color and features and let me test drive both the Sonata Ltd 2.4 and Sonata Ltd 2.0 Turbo without me feeling pressed for time. Although it was not my intention to buy that day, I had a good experience with the dealer and decided to buy the car that afternoon. They were always friendly, relatively efficient, and at no point did I feel that they were attempting to scam me. Even the finance guy (Sherif) was quite friendly and not at all pushy. My experience was consistent with the high score they get on this site, so I'm rating them accordingly. More
My experience with buying a new Sonata was awesome. It was the least amount of time I have spent buying a car. Heather was great. I made an appointment to test drive a 2012 Sonata. I was interested in purchasing a base model, and was told that a truckosd were coming in later in the week. I reluctantly test drove a limited version of interested in purchasing a base model, and was told that a truckosd were coming in later in the week. I reluctantly test drove a limited version of the car although I was not interested in purchasing the higher end model. After the test drive, I was pleased with the drive of the car and inquired on a price. The price for the limited vehicle was told to me multiple times, however, I was unable to get a price on the one that i was interested in. The Sales Manager insisted that the cars are coming in in a day or so and that he had the color i was interested in. I told him i would like the price , and again he told me he wouldn't give me the price till he had the price on the lot. He took my number and told me that he would call me as soon as they came in. I walked out disappointed that i couldn't purchase the car, which i was prepared to do, knowing that i would get delivery of the vehicle later in the week. The end of the week came and I didn't get a call so i went to a different dealership and purchased the car. BTW I have still yet to receive a call back with the price i requested. More
