Ed was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, available, and appropriately friendly. I wanted a car with options that were not readily available; they did not have one on the lot. Ed located one, tracked its progress to the dealer, kept me updated on any new information and finally gave me a comprehensive orientation to the new car before handing it over to me. I visited 2 other Hyundai dealers closer to my home before choosing Lester Glenn and it was well worth the extra miles to get the quality service. Of course I paid top dollar for my car because it was an upscale hybrid, but I would recommend this sales experience most strongly. More
I tried to send an e-mail to them first to get feed back, but the e-mail on their website does not work. Here is the letter I sent: Adam, A little over a year ago I bought two 2010 Elantra Tourings from you the same week. I had a problem with the first one and you were very helpful and gave me a good deal on the second one. These were the 3rd and 4th cars I have purchased from your dealership. I even started using your service department exclusively. So when vandals stole the driver’s side mirror off my wife’s car, I took it right to you guys to get fixed. And that was the biggest mistake I ever made. I called after a week went by (Friday 7/15) I was told the part was in and it needed to be panted and that I would have it the middle of this week. Well it is Friday (7/22) and I heard nothing, so I made a call. First person saw no paperwork, so they transferred me to parts; parts transferred me to the body shop. They told me it was done and he would drop it off tonight and they would have it for tomorrow and they would call me for an appointment. I did not want to wait, so I called to make the appointment knowing the mirror would be there. Person on the phone had no appoints for me to wait, and I cannot just drop it off..It is my only car. Wife is out of town. I asked if a loaner car would be possible, she took my number and told me she would see what she could do. I then get a call from a different woman explaining that my mirror is not done and went into a detailed explanation of what it takes to paint a mirror. I honestly do not care. I was told it was done. She told me I never should have been connected to the body people and that it was painted but not put back together and could not guarantee me it would be done for tomorrow. She suggested dropping it off. I again said I could not and asked about a loaner, which it seems you have none. So I instead have to wait till Monday and sit and wait for it. Hoping it does not take forever because I have kids I have to take care of and I cannot leave them with my mother all day. Needless to say I am completely unsatisfied with this whole situation. I will not be bringing my car back to your dealership in the future. I'd rather pay for oil changes then get this type of service. This also pretty much cost your dealership any future car buying business from me. Ok..I lowere some scores. After not getting a proper response, I complained on their facebook page. My posts were eleted and I was banned. Great way to deal with a customer. More
My wife and I are frugal and very careful when considering a new car. We had decided through various methods that the car we wanted was a 2012 Sonata. Ideally we wanted a simple GLS model and the wait to get one seemed unending. I contacted Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River in hopes they may have what we wanted. Invited in for a visit and inspection of the inventory, we were met by Sam Fowler. Sam listened to our wants, showed us what was available, helped us with deciding that stepping up to the Limited model would really offer enough "bells & whistles" to make us happier for very little extra money. Still, the monthly payment would be more than we had budgeted. Sam worked to get us to a place where we were (and are) comfortable. We've had the car only two days now but really do love the car but especially those extras. Everyone at Lester Glenn was friendly, courteous, professional. Sam was the capper though! A really nice guy who we felt had our interests equally at heart to his company's needs. He made the experience fun and simple. I suggest anyone looking for a new car consider Lester Glenn and Sam Fowler. More

Having gone to multiple dealers in a short amount of time the sales consultants had often been super pushy and made it uncomfortable just to browse at the cars. After three weeks of dealership nightmares, my dad and I had figured it's easier to just invest money into my old. We went to Hyundai just to look around when I believe his name was James Connell cam over to us. He sincerely wanted to get the perfect matching car for me. He was actually very genuine with wanting to know what car I wanted. I believe it was one of the last if not the last hyundai hatchbacks left on the lot! I was smitten when I sat down to see an iPod adaptor inside the car!! Not only that but we found the perfect matching car for me. It was the style car I wanted it runs so smooth ! I'm still in love with the car ! And he helped my dad with picking the right car for me. I was really impressed with how hopeful and great he was! If it wasn't for him I would have kept putting into my old car! More

I purchased the car in the old location from sales person Glen Gioe. Overall in was a pleasant experience, and the service since has been great. Last week I got a phone call wishing me Happy Anniversary. It had 2 years since my purchase, and I had been totally satisfied with my 2009, but had my eye on the new design since it came out. I periodically check out the Lester Glen site to check out prices and incentives, so the phone call prompted me to go down and check out the cars in person. I always like to just check out the stock myself before going inside, and as I did I was approached by a salesperson. I asked if Glen Gioe was still threr and was told he left. I really wanted to be left alone, but Bob Reyes was "gently persistent". He was very patient with me because I was very specific in what I wanted and he let me test drive two cars on a blisteringly hot day. I tried an GLS with Popular Equipment, what I wanted.But did not have one in a color I liked. I test drove an SE,(ride to rough). He told my friend and me to go wait inside in the air while he checked out some stock for me. In the showroom I spotted a beautiful Limited,(not in my budget). To make a long story short, Bob Reyes and sales manager Frank with alot of finese put it in my budget, and my payment where I wanted it. My 2008 Sante Fe's Radio went out. Called Lester Glenn and spoke to Service Manager Assistant. They emailed factory rep to see if anything could be done. Within 2 hours I got a call letting me know they w and spoke to Service Manager Assistant. They emailed factory rep to see if anything could be done. Within 2 hours I got a call letting me know they would remove radio at their premises and send it out for repair. My biggest inconvenience would be waiting for the repair.
