He was very pleasant and very understanding that the maximum monthly payment had to be a certain amount and that we could not budge. He worked with us to achieve the monthly payment we were looking for and we got to leave in our brand new vehicle! The salespeople I dealt with were straightforward and didn't play the usual games of adding on hidden fees and charges. They gave me a price and kept their word. There are several dealers closer to where I live. The less said about them, the better. I highly recommend this dealer and the sales persons I dealt with, Heather McCrum and Ron Gargiulo.
