Scheduled service was done as expected. No complaints. There was a recommendation to have an alignment performed for $149, but no where on the report was there a place that showed why. These are $20 - $30 items. cost to replace by you was $49.95 for engine (OK), but $89.95 for cabin filter. Over charging you customers for additional service will make me think that Lester Glen isn't a good place to buy cars. More

Brought car in for oil change. Service consultant Kathleen Opinski took care of me. When completed she said everything ok and started to go thru each page, noticed something was not right in coding. She showed me brakes coded green however we’re at a 2. She explained that could not be and went and brought it to the attention of the service agent who worked on the car. Kathleen came back and said he coded incorrectly, which left uncorrected would lead to further problems and higher expense. I needed rear brakes replaced. She arranged for drop off and pickup immediately. Car was completed within an hour.. Ha$ she not gone thru each page, line by line this mistake would have not been caught. She explained everything and I so appreciated her though ness. More
