Brought my car in for 15,000 mile servicing on a very snowy morning. When I mentioned to Susan that I had been told I could get a ride home, she said that she didn't think they were sending the van out snowy morning. What should have been a 5 minute trip, took over 30 minutes as we crawled the whole way. He remained pleasant and even called back to the service shop to tell them to have my car ready for me earlier than originally promised. He came back and picked me up at the earlier time.
