My Review of Lexus Mission Viejo:
Went in for a warranty repair, waited for 2 days for parts which fail to arrive. Went to the dealer and got my car back until the part arrives the following. Next day, found my headphone for iPhone & an iPod missing from glove compartment. There is apparently theft problem at the service bay at this dealership. Be Warned! Luis Nieves the service consultant was nice, on a separate note.

My Review of Lexus Mission Viejo:
We purchased a used Infiniti QX56 in November 2005. When the car was purchased we never recived plates for the car for about 6 months, we had to contact the DMV to find out that the car was still in the old owners name and that no paperwork had been sumbitted to the DMV. we then contacted the dealership and they said they would get us our plates that day, which they did, but when they submitted the paper work to the DMV they submitted it with the wrong mileage which has now branded our title on the car and we can not recive warrenty work on the car. We then contacted the dealership with this issue in May 2006 and almost called someone on a daily basis and for 4 months no one returned our calls or has fixed the problem, till this day our car title is still branded and no follow ups have been made with us to let us know it is fixed. the employees are unresponsive and rude. Would never ever go near that dealership again to look for purchase a car.

My Review of Lexus Mission Viejo:
Had a quick, pleasant car buying experience this past Memorial Day.

Having owned more than 40 cars (20 or so new), this was my second time buying from this dealer.

Fair price, good service, car was flawless. Previous experience with service was decent, not stellar, still much, much better than Irvine BMW, Fletcher Jones or MBLN.

Candidly, I bought the Lexus because of the car's quality, but was pleasantly surprised by the fast, courteous expereience.

My Review of Lexus Mission Viejo:
If you have recieved bad service before which i have then you must not be dealing with the right person. Casey Jones is a Sales consultant at Mission Viejo and he gave me one of the best car buying experiances i have had in my life. and i have bought over 30 cars. If you are in the market for a Lexus automobile then he is the one to talk to, he respected my time and got me into my new car within 30 minutes. definitly recommend this dealership
