Lexus of the Lehigh valley dealership service dept is horrible. They are arrogant or simply don't care. All they care about is selling extended warranties, accessories, trying to convince you that you ne horrible. They are arrogant or simply don't care. All they care about is selling extended warranties, accessories, trying to convince you that you need this and that then they charge you an outrageous amount of money. Their loaner and pickup service is a joke. They will come up with any excuse for not having a loaner available. Just playing games until you just give up and arrange for your own transportation. My recommendation, don’t even think about dealing with them. I have dealt with Honda, Mazda, and Acura dealers and never had the same bad experience like Lexus of the LH. Be aware. More
When I saw that this dealer had a 2.3/5 rating, my first thought was boy, are they over-rated. Bottom line, this dealer reminds me of everything bad you might have ever heard about dealers. Maybe all Lexu thought was boy, are they over-rated. Bottom line, this dealer reminds me of everything bad you might have ever heard about dealers. Maybe all Lexus dealerships are like this one, I don't know. I do know, that I have purchased (new) Porsche, BMW, Honda, VW, GM & Chrysler....vehicles that met my needs at the time. Lexus of Lehigh Valley stands alone(negatively speaking) as compared to my experiences with the dealers for the other aforementioned brands. Lexus of Lehigh Valley is the pits. They welcome you you with open arms - you are family, until the sale is done. Worst car sales consultant I have ever experienced. More
While we were looking for our new car, we considered several Lexus models. The salesperson was able to give a demo ride. Although we liked the car, we did want to look at the other options (including several Lexus models. The salesperson was able to give a demo ride. Although we liked the car, we did want to look at the other options (including research on Dealer Invoice, etc) since there were extra accessories we definitely did not need or want. Instead of giving a printout of the invoice for the car we were considering, they gave a paper with the year, model and color. No brochure was offered. Telling us that a monthly lease woud be 'about-ish' was totally inadequate when no cap cost reduction, mileage, or lease duration was ever taken into consideration or discussion. My wife ended up buying another wish-list import and myself, a 2011 import as well. With a lukewarm reception and half-hearted sales pitch no wonder everyone is going elsewhere! I wouldn't recommend going there unless you just wanted to sit in a car to compare. They really don't seem to take their product seriously. or they have a straight salary and just don't care. More
