Best buying experience Let's face it, almost everybody hates the car buying process. Not only is the negotiation process a pain but it seems to drag on and on forever even Let's face it, almost everybody hates the car buying process. Not only is the negotiation process a pain but it seems to drag on and on forever even after you settle on a price. Not at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota! Jim Lally was my salesman and Frank Justin finished all of the paperwork. Yes, there is a lot of paperwork but it's all done for you with no intimidation or stress. I just purchased my 6th Lexus. Not because Lexus is such a great car but the service while buying and repairing has always been exceptional. Therefore, I see this as not buying a car but more so developing a great relationship. One more thing...I'm a pretty techy guy but these new cars have so many features, I really appreciate Bill Longo taking the time to not only show me how it all works but even helped getting things personalized so I didn't have to struggle through it on my own. Robert was honest from the start and did not engage us in any pressure or other sales tactics. Our questions and concerns were quickly answered and calls were quickly returned. When the car we were promised came in with a little paint damage, he was able to get us the exact same car by the next day. He fully explained the situation and clearly he remedied the situation immediately which we greatly appreciated. Daryl Williams explained the operation of the car as well as the meaning of all switches, buttons etc. and answered all questions. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Already owning a 2010 Lexus is250, I was curious to see the 2016 model. The is250 had been redesigned as a sleek sexy turbo, the is200t. Robert spent time answering my queries and pointing out the numerous enhancements - I was hooked. Soon after I visited Wilde Lexus, as it was time to replace my current vehicle. Once again I met with Mr. Plank who helped me hone in on the specifics of my intended purchase, which included a test drive, comparisons of color combinations and details of the many options. A week later we finalized the deal and today I picked up my 2016 Lexus is200t. Thanks to Robert Plank's amiable nature and personal attention the transaction went smoothly - from START to FINISH! The staff at Lexus of Sarasota completely transformed my buying experience! From the friendly and funny and courteous staff, to the attention to detail-I can't say enough good things about Lexus of Sarasota. I would gladly recommend them to anyone, male, female, grandmother(father), teenager-and if you want a wonderful place to work-I bet they are that too-it really feels like a family there-guess thats a benefit of being privately owned.
