Service Writer Robert Estrada is exceptionally competent, as is the individual who performed today’s radiator fluid replacement. The new Service Manager, Kevin, is also a real pleasure to deal with. The team at Albuquerque Lexus are top notch, especially Kevin. They all worked together by listening attentively to get the vehicle I was looking for. I did shop another Lexus dealership and really noticed the difference in the level of LISTENING. I am acutely aware of smooth talking salespeople and run the other way when I encounter them. Took my 2003 Lexus GX 470 in for yearly service. When I asked if my CD player could be fixed, Jamie advised that to find parts for it would be very hard, and if they could be found, they would be v When I asked if my CD player could be fixed, Jamie advised that to find parts for it would be very hard, and if they could be found, they would be very expensive. He didn’t leave it at that, but instead told me an easy alternative and how to record my playlist onto a USB drive and what I needed to get so I could plug it in and play it on my surround sound system in my vehicle! We’ve been out of his way to order an Uber driver to take me home and also another one to pick me up and get me back to the dealership when my car was ready. When I picked up my car, it had been freshly washed and dried off. Their service is above and beyond any others I have ever dealt with! More

I am so very pleased with all aspects of my experience with the service team. I had very good communication with the status of my vehicle and the repairs were accurate and managed timely.
