Harrell Hodges was our sales person. Harrell's interest in us was a 5 star rating. He was very helpful and tried very hard to get our business over a 2 week period. Clifford Jacobus was assigned to go over the paperwork with us. Even though we paid cash for the car, Clifford made sure we knew how things should work with the required paper. I would assign Clifford a 5 star rating. The lady (Angela I think is her name) assigned to us to explain the workings of the car was not so helpful nor did she seem to have a real interest in helping us and did not have many answers. I would give her a 2 star rating maximum. Perhaps the heat had something to do with that. The result of the short time she spent with us has left us with a complex vehicle to figure out for ourselves. Not my idea of a proper representative of a 5 star dealer of luxury vehicles. More
