I've purchased countless vehicles over the years from just about every mainstream and luxury manufacturer and I'd have to say Lexus of Austin is definitely at the top 3 in terms of overall service. This includes sales, delivery, finance, post-sales, as well as interactions with the service and parts department. In Sales, Randy and Loren did a great job with communication, working out a fair deal and adjusting their approach with somebody such as myself who has gone through this process quite a few times. No issues, everything went as expected, took delivery, and the vehicle has been solid. Matt in Finance also ensured a smooth process, no high-pressure add-ons, etc. He went through the whole thing with no drama, kept it simple, straight-forward, and got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. And of course, no games here. And last is a scheduled visit at service, with Jorge. There was only a minor issue with the GX that was quickly resolved within the provided time frame. The waiting room and cafe are nice, no problem hanging out there for a couple of hours. Although just a reminder to ask folks if they want their vehicle washed first - I forgot some dealers do that. Overall, Lexus of Austin provided solid experience and I look forward to future vehicle purchases going into next year. More
