The wait time for service is on point, if they tell you your car will be ready at a certain time, its ready, washed and all. Honestly, I have a Lexus Dealership 5 minutes from my house, but because of the service and care, I drive the extra 20 minutes to Lexus Cerritos to have my car serviced by courteous professionals. I highly recommend this Dealership. More

Unbelievably great service from Jaime Lee. He makes you feel like part of his family... I brought my car in the AM and he called me during the day with Updates?! Had a shuttle pick me up.
