My experience with this dealership was wonderfu. I was greeted with respect upon entrance to the dealership. The salesman, Fred Fortson, was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. I got the color I wanted, the price range I wanted and assisted me in understanding my vehicle. I wanted a black SUV (RX 350) only owned by one person. He is really a good Lexus salesman. He offered me beverages,coffee, water and other amenities offered at the dealership in Chattanooga. I had visited BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Infinity and Mercedes dealerships, but none could compare to Lexus. It was the vehicle, but overall it was the employees. Mr. Fortson is just great and very capable person. Nice personality and being a female we are hard to please. He was patient, answered all my questions and I left happy with my Lexus.
