My Review of Lexus of Cherry Hill:
Service department is extremely unfriendly. Scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM, though they didn't take the vehicle until after noon. The vehicle is a Certified Pre-Owned Lexus and the service writer did not know what a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle was. My RX330 was even purchased from the same dealership. The service writer was extremely rude and insisted that I agree to pay an hourly fee for evaluation and that they would later determine if my problem was covered under any warranty, even though Lexus CPO vehicles are basically covered from bumper-to-bumper. The rattle was eventually fixed at no charge, though it took 6 hours for a very minor problem. At their suggestion, I requested my vechicle to be washed, even though they charged a fee for this. They did not do that and when I later asked they said they did not have time. I gave them six hours, but they were too busy. I will be too busy to ever go back to Lexus of Cherry Hill.
