This is our third new Lexus since 2009. We wanted to up-grade because of the new safety features and ease of the GPS. We were anti-hybrid until Bill suggested we test drive the new ES300h. WOW! We are so pleased with it we are planning to upgrade our RX350 to a RX450h within the next year or so. Bill has been great to work with and has been endlessly patient with two seniors. The Service Department is superior. Because we live out of town, a CLEAN loner has always been made available. All of the services and personnel within the dealership are stellar.
