When I arrived on a Friday at the appointment time, my assigned Service Consultant told me they would not able to address the warranty issue because they had to order a part. Note, he had promised to order the part when the appointment was set almost 2 months prior, but I discovered he failed to order the part at that time. Next issue included their failure to schedule my 10,000 mile service which was also part of the original appointment. I was told they could get to my car on Monday which meant I would have to leave the car over the weekend which I refused to do. I asked to see the service manager and he was able to address both issues. I was able to leave the service department that day. This treatment is NOT what I expect from a luxury brand and unless I have to return for a warranty issue, I do not plan to return for routine maintenance. More

Did a brake job and either did not install bolts on the calipers or left them so loose they fell off. For months kept telling me there was no problem. I paid $1137.00 for the brake job. When the noises and vibration became so obvious it could not be ignored any longer, they had the audacity to try to charge me for installing and tightening caliper bolts. They presented me with a bill for over $170.and only backed this off when I started to get loud. The Customer Service Representative even lied to me and told me they did not touch the calipers when they did the brake job. He had no answer when I asked how they put new brake pads on without touching the calipers. This after putting my life at risk with a defective brake job that they kept saying was fine even though I had them drive around with me for months listening to the vibrations and noise. When I finally got calipers bolts installed this dealership had damaged the hood on my car and again told me they had no responsibility for anything. More

I went to Cool Springs, with no scheduled appt so I understood that she may not be able to give a lot of attention, on a busy Saturday. I met her, gave her my contact information and an idea of what I was looking for and left. This was June 11th. she emailed on Monday and sent information on a vehicle. Also asked for my trade in information. I sent all that she requested. On Wednesday, I got a response apologizing for the delay because she was off on Tuesday, and stating that she will get information for me " today." I have yet to hear back from her. Not sure why I didn't warrant even a call back, but If this is how Lexus of Cool Springs provides customer service, Ill look elsewhere, even if I have to drive out of state. More
When you send in your Lexus for a warranty repair (breaks), and they return the vehicle with a broken engine (not running), and say, "It is very unfortunate that it happened while we were in our poss (breaks), and they return the vehicle with a broken engine (not running), and say, "It is very unfortunate that it happened while we were in our possession." Beware of the service department at this Lexus dealer in Cool Springs. Their solution was to charge us more than $6000 for a used engine and have them install it. Honestly, they take no responsibility for what happens to a vehicle while in their possession. There's nothing Hyundai or Kia about this car. It's a #LEXUS. (Yet) I don't know if the service technician was just on a joyride while testing the brakes and the Lexus engine didn't take the abuse. We have treated it like a baby since we bought it because it is a hybrid. It has been a joy to have. I will update the review after we have picked up the vehicle from this dealer. More

Thought we had a good used vehicle secured and ended up waiting for delivery of a new RX350. Both manager Hector and our sales consultant Samey were great and finance guy Bryan made closing fun. (first time ever) The dealership stepped up and did right by us. They acted with integrity. Can’t say enough! More
