I needed to schedule my service and actually forgot to call ahead. When I got to Lexus of Edison, Wayne and Joe took me right away and did the recall on my ES350 and made me feel at home. My car was washed and vacuumed and was filled with gas. That's why I buy Lexus and that's why i trust this product enough to buy it for my kids. I wanted to give a great review to Lexus of Edison. I had priced out the RX 350 at 2 different Lexus dealerships and I did not want the runaround at the third. I called and spoke with Justin and told him exactly what I wanted. I said that I didn't want to come there and waste his time or mine. He called me back right away and beat the price of the other 2 dealerships significantly. When we got there he introduced me to Noel Borrero the salesperson who completed the deal. He was extremely helpful and patient with me when I couldn't decide what color to choose. This was the easiest car purchase that I have made ever!!! They have been nothing but accomodating.
