We had spent several weeks traveling around the Bay Area visiting multiple Lexus dealerships as well as other car dealerships. From the minute we walked in the door we were given exceptional service by Steve and his team, they catered to our every need! Steve went out of his way to make sure we had everything we were looking for in the Lexus RX350 we had seen online, and did it in record time! Our experience in the financing department was a breeze and extermely efficient, painless! The employee in finance was delightful. This is car shopping at it's best! The only glitch was at the end dealing with the Delivery Specialist Adam. We found him to be not as friendly and forth coming with the car information as the rest of the team at Magnussen. We had to ask the questions about how things worked instead of being lead through all the bells and whistles. We overlooked it since we had had such a fabulopus experience and were thrilled with our new Lexus! Thanks Steve and the Magnussen team for a wonderful experience! More

Excellent Lexus dealership My wife and I came to the dealer and talked with Anthony Huynh. He was very friendly and asked us great questions about my wife specific car needs. We told him that she is interested in a RX350 in White Pearl Color and some key features. Anthony took us to test drive the car and explain in details the major features that would benefit my wife. We tested drive the SUV and my wife really like the ride. When we came back to the dealer, Anthony took the time to go over different car options, features, etc. We told him what color and features that are important for my wife. He search for two SUV that closely match our specific needs and we finally choose the one for my wife. We negiotiated a fair price and the dealer had some great promotions.
