My Review of Lexus of Greenville:
We had a 85,000 mile check up done. We had our tires changed for a very low price. They matched the lowest we could find anywhere else. Brett was so accommodating. He even went so far as to personally clean the leather on our front seat and door that had become discolored from sunscreen. He has been the best employee we have worked with yet.

Brett Bulley and his Service Team at Lexus of Greenville has been taking care of my LS 460 L for some time. Too many times, good service is taken for granted and not properly recognized. I'm taking this opportunity to state my sincere appreciation for the "above and beyond" services provided by Brett and the entire Lexus team.

Brett, no matter how large or small the issue, takes the appropriate initiative and keeps me abreast of any matters in a most professional and courteous manner. This is my 4th Lexus. Simply stated, Lexus continues to prove themselves to me, over and over. Brett is a fantastic representatives of Lexus.

My Review of Lexus of Greenville:
Lexus automobiles are consistently the top rated vehicles on the road. It seems Lexus of Greenville can also boast a long list of accolades, and rightfully so. I recently purchased a new Lexus from this particular dealership, and the experience was very positive. The majority of credit should be given to G. Ornette Mattison, the sales person who assisted me. Mr. Mattison was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He was straightforward and open-minded when working with me on price. Even several days after the sale he graciously assisted me with a mechanic referral, which was needed for another vehicle I own. How refreshing it was to have confidence in my vehicle selection, and trust in the dealership I purchased it from.

My Review of Lexus of Greenville:
I cannot say enought for this dealership - they more than go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I had a great deal of work done (I have over 100,000 miles on my automobile, and it was time for work to be done), and they did a top notch job. I had a couple of concerns after arriving home in Asheville, and the next day they sent a driver up to pick up my automobile to recheck everything to make certain that everything was allright. They even left me a loner while my car was being serviced. Two days later, the driver brought back my car, and all was OK. I couldn't be happier, nor could I thank everyone enought for everything that was done to satisfy me.

My Review of Lexus of Greenville:
I do feel that the Lexus mechanics would know their vehicle better than any other mechanics. I paid nearly $600 for a 60k service. I know that having a 60k service at a Toyota or Chrysler runs around half the price. I couldn't believe that I had to pay twice the price for the "name." Also, I don't know who's problem this is, but I was given a "loaner." The windows on that car were a disgrace. I was glad that I didn't have to drive the car at night. A little road dirt on a car is understandable, but windows that dirty is not. Steve was very helpful and courteous. I would appreciate dealing with him again.

This is my second Lexus & I wanted to buy from my first dealership but they were charging me an additional $900, for docking fee. We emailed the Greenville dealership & bought one from Andy within days. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
