Nice job Lexus of Henderson Only negative is that it took too long to get through to service department on phone. They need more service operators to handle calls. But once there I was treated very nice and very professional. Shuttle even took me to and from my office. I would highly recommend it More
Windshield Replacement When I called, I was transferred to Service and Shannon answered. I asked her, Is my car ready? Can I proceed to pick it up? She transferred me to, Jace, and I got his voicemail and left a message. I called back an hour later and again, Jace's voicemail. I called back immediately and asked for someone else. Again someone elses voicemail. I was never able to reach anybody in Service, just voicemail messages were left 3 times. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. The following day, I just drove there to pick up my car from Service without ever being able to reach a Service advisor by phone. I am quite unhappy with this Service experience. NO ONE answers their phone, just voicemails. NO ONE returned my messages. More

New Car Purchase I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership to make sure it was still available. I then set an appointment for the next day to test drive I found the vehicle online and contacted the dealership to make sure it was still available. I then set an appointment for the next day to test drive the vehicle. On the day of the test drive I was greeted by the sales person when I walked in the door. Within just a few minutes I was testing the vehicle. After the test drive I filled out the application, was approved, and signed the papers. Following that, I met with the finance manager to review financing and warranty info. Signed a few more docs and was finished. I was in and out within two hours. I have purchased three vehicle from Lexus Las Vegas/Henderson. Every time the process is awesome and the staff is great to work with. More
