My Review of Lexus of Kingsport:
My husband and I were interested in purchasing a 2004 or 2005 Lexus RX330 -- Lexus of Kingsport would not even discuss -- they just wanted to sell a used (demo) car. After three tries, we emailed Lexus of Knoxville and within 15 minutes had a call. The next day (Oct 1, 2004) we drove to Knoxville, purchased a new 2004 RX330 and returned home. The first service (30-day check) was performed on November 2, 2004 at Lexus of Kingsport -- a VERY COOL reception as my husband described it -- I certainly don't know what their "REAL" business is supposed to be -- not selling new cars!!!e
